Introduction

We at Nekostein welcome donations. We appreciate your generosity and offer benefits in return.

Navigate to the donation portal to make a donation via any supported channel.

This manual is effective till the next version is published.

Usage of Donations

All donations are made to members of Nekostein in a pass-through manner, and they are not counted in team cashflow.

While the funds are received by individual accounts, they will be used to pay for food, house rent, and utility bills (electricity, water, and gas), to be shared by all staff, within a few weeks from receiving. The donated funds will not be piled up for saving.

We will include donation data (transactions count and total amount) in our public annual report as a matter of voluntary transparency.

Donator Benefits

Tier 1: Silver Donator

Minimum amount: 10 USD or 70 RMB.

We greet you back via email and send you a PDF donator certificate. We might probably gift you a Steam key of one of our games, excluding those priced higher than your donation.

Tier 2: Gold Donator

Minimum amount: 30 USD or 200 RMB.

In addition to all benefits included in the previous tier…

We will include you as a Gold Donator for Wave Function. Your name will be honored in the “About This Game” screen in the game.

Tier 3: Platinum Donator

Minimum amount: 60 USD or 400 RMB.

In addition to all benefits included in the previous tier…

We will mail you a printed donation certificate, stamped and signed by both partners.

We will include you as a Platinum Donator for Wave Function. Your name will be honored in the “About This Game” screen in the game and the “Platinum Donators” section in the product webpage.

Extra Notes

Please make sure to include your name and email address in the transaction comment so that we can fulfill our promises. For example, writing “John Appleseed john#example.com” is good.

There can be limitations with Unicode characters. We are prepared with ASCII, Latin-1, Ellinika, and CJK. RTL scripts (e.g. Arabic) may be difficult. We will do our best to arrange the charset matter.

We reserve the right to decline names that may have disturbing implications (e.g. politically insensitive, NSFW) or technical troubles (e.g. extraordinary length, special characters).

International mailing can be a complicated procedure. The handling of mails may be subject to delays and losses. We apologize if our mail cannot filter through to you.
